At Hella Heels AU, we want you to feel empowered in your platforms, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure soles remain pristine by only trying your heels on carpeted surfaces.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Heels

  Place the shoes back in their original Hella Heels box and dust bags, ensuring all protective packaging is intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your generated shipping label, attach it to the outer mailing bag, and drop your parcel off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team confirms the heels are in resaleable condition, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
